We are really pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for 3 ISPA Awards, the longest running and most prestigious Internet industry awards in the UK. The Internet Service Providers Association (ISPA) is a Trade Association bringing together all internet service providers in the UK, with this year’s awards shortlist highlighting the true innovation and diversity of the UK internet industry.

We are proud to be finalists in the ‘Best Consumer Customer Service’ award, nominated alongside larger industry players such as Sky and Plusnet. This demonstrates our commitment to delivering a great customer experience, with Twitter Support, 24/7 Service Desk, our bespoke communication platform ‘Browzer’, pre-registration and a brand new dedicated support App for students being just a number of services available to our customers that helped secure our place on the list.

Via StudentCom and LivingCom, our respective sub brands for the higher education and residential market, we have been shortlisted twice in the ‘Best Marketing Campaign’ category, an amazing achievement.

StudentCom’s ‘Generation Z campaign’, the first time we embarked on a research based campaign, provided universities and accommodation providers with an insight in to the ever-increasing demands of their future students. This research was then backed up by StudentCom’s strong product messaging, proving the need for our services to cater to the high expectations of the Generation Z cohort.

Similarly with LivingCom, our research white paper in to ‘The Rental Requirements of Millennial Movers’ gave a newly developing Private Rented Sector (PRS) much needed research. Again, key statistics from the research were highlighted and linked to the services that LivingCom provide to the sector.

All winners will be announced at the black-tie ceremony at the Café de Paris in Central London on Thursday the 13th July. All awards will be independently judged by a panel of industry experts, continuing to recognise Internet Service Providers of all shapes and sizes.
