LivingCom is delighted to announce that Westrock, an international real estate investment company, has chosen LivingCom to supply their expanding PRS portfolio of more than 500 apartments across 4 sites with high speed instant access broadband and Sky TV.

PLATFORM_ aims to raise the bar for the PRS sector, with residents benefitting from high-tech new build apartments alongside a wealth of facilities and a professionally managed service. The homes will incorporate the latest technology, such as smart metres, keyless entry and underfloor heating, as well as boasting a range of on-site amenities including residents’ lounges, rooftop terraces, gyms, car/ bicycle parking and served by an on-site concierge. PLATFORM_ aims to appeal to renters looking for the best of urban living, particularly young professionals.

So far, PLATFORM_ have focused exclusively on regional markets where there is a distinct lack of quality rental homes. Taking advantage of new planning regulations to quickly transform redundant commercial buildings, PLATFORM_ is helping to bring in new investment, create thriving communities in key commuter towns that are employment hubs with high rental demand. LivingCom is to provide the ultrafast broadband desired by young professionals living in the private rented sector.
