Aware of the majority of communications, facilities and entertainment occurring online, the need for a fast and reliable internet service was recognised in order to provide an overall level of customer satisfaction.
By increasing internet speed, CableCom have helped in seeing Viridian Housing enjoy a customer satisfaction rate of 90%.
